Travel included: We cover Tawa, Porirua and surrounding suburbs; Kapiti, Pukerua Bay and Judgeford etc.
Minimum charge: We have a one hour minimum charge. This consists of our Callout fee, local travel time and admin time scheduling your job. Additional time (if required) is billed in 15 minute increments at the hourly rate.
Business hours: Our services are available Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm.
Surcharges: We charge a +$57.50 fee for Callouts and work done on Saturday and Sunday. There's also a travel surcharge of $35 for Johnsonville, Wellington, Lower Hutt, Petone on all Callouts.
Free ISP Routers: Most of our service calls are related to the free router or modem provided by your ISP. Given the slim profit margins on Fibre services, these complimentary devices are often subpar. While they may suffice for a studio apartment, they are inadequate for larger homes, such as a 5-bedroom residence. We suggest evaluating the importance of your home wireless network. If it's crucial to your daily activities, investing in an enterprise-level setup is a worthwhile decision, despite the higher cost.
Hardware: Most wireless issues can be resolved by upgrading your hardware. Rest assured, our experienced technicians provide recommendations based on your property's environment, size, and wall structure without pressuring you into purchasing new equipment. You can choose to buy equipment through us at industry-leading prices or purchase it independently, and we'll handle the installation.
If you’re not entirely satisfied with our services, we offer a full refund. All we ask is for the opportunity to address and resolve the issue first. The 15-day refund period begins once your invoice has been paid in full.
To request a refund, please call our helpdesk and let us know the reason. We assure you, the process will be straightforward—we simply aim to improve our services for the future.

How soon can you come?
We are available within a few business days. We have more availability after 3pm as this is when our customers are at home, no need to take a full day off work. We also have more coverage on Saturday and Sunday mornings. For any urgent jobs please call us as we may be able to fit your job in amongst others.
Can you come on Saturday or Sunday?
Yes, please add $57.50 one-off Callout fee for callouts on Saturday. i.e. first hour rate is $145 + $57.50 = $202.50.
What can you help with / can't you help with?
We can assist with all your wireless needs, including modems, routers, access points, boosters, cabling, switches, and smart cameras (no supply, sales, or NVR/recording). Our services cover wireless coverage issues, dropouts, dead spots, disconnections, and connection problems. Additionally, we offer help with wireless mapping, long-distance wireless, outdoor wireless, point-to-point, and rural internet solutions.
Please note that we do not handle computer hardware issues or repair damaged wireless devices such as laptops, phones, or smart technology. However, we can help identify wireless issues.
What is the difference between residential and business?
Our residential services are designed for homeowners, small businesses, or those who work from home. If your setup includes employee devices, business fibre, a server or comms cabinet, an enterprise firewall/router etc you’ll need to opt for our business rates. This ensures that a more senior engineer can address your issue or assist with needs.

How much will a Callout cost?
We charge a minimum of $165 including GST for residential and $185+gst for business. This includes 1 hour labour. On Saturday & Sunday there is a $57.50 one time surcharge. A travel fee applies for Wellington city and Hutt.
On site quotes provided in 1st hour callout, we don't offer free quotes however large installations will have this fee waived.
Will you climb a ladder, roof space, run cables etc?
Yes, we can assist with your all needs, but please note that we are not permitted to access roofs. If roof access is necessary, we recommend hiring a professional aerial technician or handling it yourself. We can help by clarifying the required work and the routing of our cables inside your home or business, and we can also assist in coordinating with a third-party contractor if needed.
What payment methods do you offer?
EFTPOS, bank deposit and cash. We ask all first time clients to settle their bill before the tech leaves. Where hardware is supplied a deposit of 50%, 75% or 100% may be required upfront.
How is billing handled?
We operate on a time and materials billing system. Initially, you'll be charged a quoted rate that includes the callout and the first hour (with a minimum one-hour charge). Any additional time will be billed in 15-minute increments. Travel costs are included in our pricing except a few areas, i.e. Johnsonville to Wellington (+$35).
If new parts or equipment are needed, we will either provide them from our van or order them as necessary. A follow-up visit may be required if installation cannot be completed on your own. Please note that bookings made on weekends, public holidays, or outside regular hours will incur an additional surcharge - see above.
Quotes are provided during a 1 hour Callout consultation. We do not offer free on site quotes for residential, only via email.
